Pain Management
Clients in this four-week program learn to cope successfully with chronic orthopedic pain so they can pursue their vocational goal. They learn assertiveness and relaxation skills to reduce stress as well as special exercises and lifting techniques to strengthen muscles and decrease the possibility of additional injury.
