At some point, everyone needs help. Fortunately, the process for getting help is easy. Simply contact your local VR office and schedule an appointment with a Counselor. Your Counselor will work with you to complete your application and request information from your current care providers which will be reviewed to determine if you are eligible for services. Based on this review, your Counselor will then help you identify your job-related strengths and abilities and outline the steps needed to obtain or maintain employment. At VR, there is no “one size fits all” approach. Every individual receives a customized plan, based on their interests and abilities, designed to help them enter or re-enter the workforce.
